What is the difference between vented and unvented?
Vented systems rely on a header tank and gravity pressure. Unvented cylinders use mains pressure for much stronger hot water flow throughout the home.
How long does a cylinder installation take?
Most replacements are completed within a day, though complex relocations may take longer. We will confirm timing at quote stage.
Does an unvented cylinder need annual servicing?
Yes. Annual checks are required to maintain safety components and keep your warranty valid.
Can you relocate my cylinder?
Often yes, for example moving from an airing cupboard to a utility room. We will assess pipework routes during the survey.
