Robert Shoosmith began his plumbing career, starting a full apprenticeship and building the foundations of his industry expertise.
After nine years in the industry, Robbie became self-employed and began establishing a trusted local reputation. Neil also joined the business, forming a long-standing partnership.
Shoosmith Heating & Plumbing Ltd was officially established, marking the next stage of growth and expansion.
The business invested in modern systems, introducing Commusoft and Xero to improve efficiency, communication, and customer service.
Sadiah joined the company, taking responsibility for office operations and becoming the main point of contact for customers.

Oscar completed his college training, received his Gas Safe card, and is now on the Gas Safe Register as a fully qualified heating engineer. Sam continues his apprenticeship, with one more year of college ahead.
